Dr. Browning is a highly experienced Colon and Rectal Surgeon who completed his training at the Mayo Clinic in 1997. Following his service in the United States Air Force, he began private practice in Portland in 2001. Over the years, he has held notable leadership roles, including President of the Northwest Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, Surgery Department Chairman, and Medical Staff President at local hospitals.

Dr. Browning offers a comprehensive range of colorectal services, including screening colonoscopies, office and surgical treatment of anorectal disorders (“proctology”), and advanced minimally invasive and robotic surgeries for both benign and malignant conditions of the colon and rectum.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Browning has pursued diverse interests, from competitive cycling to participating in cutting horse competitions. He is dedicated to treating every patient with kindness, compassion, and understanding to address their unique concerns effectively.
