What To Expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It will also help alleviate any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling prior to your first appointment. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this website. Also, take some time to review our Meet the Doctors page and familiarize yourself with the doctors. Our team will do our best to request records before your visit, but if you have any recent chart notes or test results, please bring them along. We look forward to your first visit.
Cancellation Policy
Whether you're a new or returning patient, please plan to check in 15–30 minutes before your appointment. This allows our staff time to update your records before your visit with the doctor. Keep in mind that parking can sometimes be crowded, so allow extra time to ensure a smooth arrival. We may need to reschedule your appointment if you check in past your scheduled time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance for office visits and 14 days in advance for colonoscopies or surgeries. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled without enough notice.
