Insurance plans:
Colorectal Health NW accepts most major insurance plans* including the following:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross/Regence
- Cigna
- Medicare
- Medicaid (Care Oregon, Open Card, Providence Health Assurance (PH-Tech), Yamhill CCO only)
- Moda
- Providence
- Tricare/TriWest
- United HealthCare
*Please contact your insurance to ensure we are in-network with your specific policy.
If you don't see your insurance listed, we also accept many smaller plans. To confirm coverage, please contact your insurance provider or call our office before your appointment.
If you don’t have insurance or we are not contracted with your plan, you’ll need to pay a deposit at the time of your appointment. By paying the deposit, you will receive a 20% discount on eligible services.

We can provide an estimate upon request; however, this is only an estimate, and final fees may vary depending on the length, complexity, and actual services you receive.
Financing Options:
- Payment Plans: Payment plans may be available if you are unable to make a payment in full. You can request a payment plan through our patient portal or by contacting our office.
