Megan M. Cavanaugh, M.D. Colorectal SurgeonDr. Cavanaugh trained in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and has been in practice since 2004. She manages the full range of colorectal conditions, with a special interest in anorectal diseases and disorders of the pelvic floor. In addition to performing Colonoscopy and minimally invasive surgery she also provides specialized diagnostic testing and treatment for fecal incontinence. She provides office and non-operative treatment for multiple anorectal conditions.

Dr. Megan Cavanaugh is also the first physician in Oregon to treat patients with Solesta, an injectable therapy for Fecal Incontinence.
